Main functions
- Control the frequency and speed of the main motor to meet the needs of different specifications and different capacities;
- Adjusting the roller and guide plate up and down and left and right is electric type
- There are electric type and manual type adjustment of SCD120 and SCD150 rollers’ dip angles for client’s option;
- There are electric type and hydraulic type of roller locking, guide plate locking at left and right direction and guide plate vertical locking for client’s option;
- There are hydraulic type and manual type roller dip angle locking for client’s option;
- Automatic fast backward function of the roller is optional for clients.
- There are automatic control and manual adjustment of quenching temperature and after-quenching temperature (outlet water)for client’s option;
- There are online tempering and offline temperinn for client’s option;
- Fixed feeding function is optional for clients.
